Ingredients
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 8 ounces (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temp
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 to 2 tel cream

Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl of a stand mixer. Mix on low speed until well blended and then increase the speed to medium and beat for another 3 minutes. Add the salt, vanilla and cream and beat on medium 1 minute. Add more cream if needed.
