Ingredients
- 9 large potatoes
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp onion salt

Step 1
Peel and cook potatoes until soft. Mash the potatoes but do not add any milk. Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and onion salt. Whip mixture with potatoes until fluffy.
Put into 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
This recipe will keep up to three weeks, unbaked, in the refrigerator. Bring to room temperature before baking, or increase baking time.
