Ingredients

  • STARTER
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • mix together and put in seal-able plastic bag

Preparation

Step 1

Day 1 do nothing
day two mash the bag, mixing batter
day three mash the bag, mixing batter
day four mash the bag, mixing batter
day five mash the bag, mixing batter
day six add to the bag 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup milk
and mash the bag to mix up batter
day seven mash the bag, mixing batter
day eight mash the bag, mixing batter
day nine mash the bag, mixing batter
day ten follow the instructions below
pour the entire contents of the bag into a large non medal bowl
add 1 1/2 cups flour, 1 1/2 cups milk and mix with a non medal spoon

Measure out 4 separate batter of 1 cup each into a gallon zip lock bag
put date on bags
keep a starter for yourself and give 3 away with copy of recipe
YOU WILL BAKE EVERY 10 DAYS IF YOU KEEP A STARTER
the bread is very good and makes a great gift

Baking Instructions
pre heat oven to 325*
to the remaining batter add 3 eggs, 1 cup oil, or 1/2 cup apple sauce and 1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup milk, 1 cup sugar, 2 cups flour, 1 teaspoon salt and a large box of instant pudding what ever flavor you want
you can also add raisins, nuts, or dried fruit

Grease 2 loaf pans, mix 1/2 cup sugar and 1 Tablespoon cinamon
dust the pans with 1/2 the mixture evenly in the pans
sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture over the top
bake 1 hour, cool until bread loosens from sides
