Eclair Layered Dessert

This chocolatey dessert is a must-have for office get-togethers!

Ingredients

• 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
• 3 c. milk
• 1 sm. container Cool Whip
• 1 pkg. graham crackers
• 1 container chocolate cake frosting

Preparation

Step 1

Blend pudding mix, milk, and Cool Whip together until smooth.

Place graham crackers in bottom of casserole dish.

Layer with pudding mixture, graham crackers, pudding, and end with graham crackers.

Spread chocolate frosting over top of graham crackers.

Cover and chill for at least 4 hours.
