Ingredients
- 2 TB oil
- 2 large leeks, white part only, diced
- 2 large onions
- 8-12 med potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 2 TB parsley
- 1 tsp dill
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 8 C parve stock

Preparation
Step 1
1. sautee leeks and onion until soft. Add rest of ingredients.
2. Cook with lid cracked, approx. 1 1/2 hours. Cool. Use immersion blender.
