Crown Royal Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup coco powder
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 eggs
• 2 1/4 cups flour
• 1/2 cup crown royal whiskey or Maple

Preparation

Step 1

cream butter, coco powder and sugar
on low spreed add eggs on at a time
add vanilla
mix in the whiskey
add in flour, baking soda, and salt
mix well
form in 1 tablespoon size balls
and place 2 inches apart onto cookie sheets
bake 12 minutes
cool on rake
