Chicken Alfredo Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 8 oz package shredded mozzarella cheese divided
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped oil packed sun dried tomatoes drained
  • 2 8oz packages cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
  • 12 lasagna noodles cooked

Preparation

Step 1

combine chicken, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, and tomatoes
beat cream cheese, milk and garlic powder with mixer until well blended
stir in 2 Tablespoons basil
mix half with the chicken mixture
spread 1/2 the remaining cream cheese mixture onto bottom of pan
cover with 3 noodles and 1/2 of chicken mixture
repeat noodles, and chicken mixture twice more
top with remaining noodles cream cheese mixture ad mozzarella
cover bake 25 minutes
let stand 5 minutes before serving
