Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup broth, chicken or beef
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, optional
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Preparation

Add all ingredients to a small saucepan and heat until the butter melts and the salt is dissolved. Cool to room temperature before injecting the liquid into the meat.
