Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups Flour
- 2 1/4 tsp Quick Rise Yeast
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Hot Water
- 1/3 cup Veg. or Olive Oil
Preparation
Step 1
Combine a 1/2 cups flour with yeast and salt. Pour hot water and oil into flour mixture and mix well. Mix remaining 1 cup of flour till dough can be gathered into a slightly stickly ball.
Knead and shape dough for 5 minutes or more. Cut in half, cover and let rise for at least 20 minutes.
Spread in 2 greased pizza pans, add sauce and toppings and bake at 425 till golden.
