Ingredients
- 1 medium frying chicken
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
- 1 pkg onion soup mix

Preparation
Step 1
Mix both canned soups, the milk, and the rice in large bowl and mix well. Pour into casserole and lay cut up chicken on top. Sprinkle with 1/2 pkg of onion soup.
Cover with foil so no steam can escape. Bake 2 hours without lifting foil.
Serve with peas, fruit salad, lime sherbet, and cookies
