Ingredients
- 1 small onion, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
- handful torn basil
- 1 lb. small pasta shells
- 1 cup pesto
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 lb. grated fresh mozzarella
- Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Saute one small onion and 3 cloves garlic.
Add crushed tomatoes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add torn basil.
Let simmer.
Cook pasta.
Add 1 cup pesto and 1 cup Ricotta cheese.
Stir well.
Place in greased baking dish.
Top with mozzarella and a couple handfuls of Parmesan cheese.
Quick melt dish in broiler.
Cover with sauce and serve!
