Ingredients
- 1 lb. thinly sliced round steak
- 2 T oil
- 1 1/2 c celery
- 1 green pepper
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 c sliced mushroom
- 1/2 c sliced green onion
- Sauce
- 1 can condensed beef broth
- 1 T. soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 T. Cornstarch
- 4 cups rice

Preparation
Step 1
Saute all ingredients up to the green onion.
Put all sauce ingredients in a small saucepan, and heat until slightly thick.
Pour over all of the sauteed ingredients.
Serve all over rice.
