Ingredients

  • 1

    lb. thinly sliced round steak

  • 2

    T oil

  • c celery

  • 1

    green pepper

  • 1

    large onion, thinly sliced

  • c sliced mushroom

  • ½

    c sliced green onion

  • Sauce

  • 1

    can condensed beef broth

  • 1

    T. soy sauce

  • ¼

    cup water

  • 2

    T. Cornstarch

  • 4

    cups rice

Directions

Saute all ingredients up to the green onion. Put all sauce ingredients in a small saucepan, and heat until slightly thick. Pour over all of the sauteed ingredients. Serve all over rice.
