Dessert, coffee and a nightcap can be enjoyed simultaneously with this sweet and spicy twist on the Italian affogato.

Ingredients
- For the drink:
- 1.5 oz Patrón XO Cafe Incendio
- 1 Scoop dark chocolate sorbet
- 1 Shot hot espresso
- + Orange whipped cream*
- + Bittersweet chocolate shavings
- For the Orange whipped cream:
- .5 cup Heavy cream, chilled
- .25 cup Sifted powdered sugar
- 1 tsp Orange zest
- finely grated Pinch of salt

METHOD
Place the sorbet in a coupe glass and pour the Patrón XO Cafe Incendio and espresso over it. Top with a dollop of orange whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
For the Orange whipped Cream:
Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and whip until soft peaks form.
