Ingredients
- 2-24 oz. packages frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 cup corn flake crumbs
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1/2 cup onions, diced
- 8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Thaw potatoes overnight. Mix with above ingredients. Place in 8" x 11" baking dish. Cover with 1 cup corn flake crumbs mixed with 1/2 stick butter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes uncovered.
