Ingredients

  • 1-1/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into strips
  • 1-3/4 cups water
  • 3 cups bow tie pasta, uncooked
  • 1 bag (1 lb.) frozen vegetable blend
  • 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. each black pepper and ground red pepper

Preparation

Step 1

SPRAY large skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken; cook and stir 4 minutes or until no longer pink.

STIR in water. Bring to boil. Add pasta and vegetable blend; stir. Cover. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until pasta is tender. Do not drain.

ADD remaining ingredients; cook until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring frequently
