Apple Pie Cheesecake Filled Cones

These fun cones are filled with delicious fluffy cheesecake and little pockets of apple pie filling. A fun and easy way to serve your guests no bake cheesecake!

Ingredients
- For the Cones:
- white candy melts or white chocolate chips
- fall sprinkles
- 18 sugar cones
- For the Cheesecake Filling:
- 2 (8 ounce) cream cheese blocks, room temperature
- 1 tub (8 ounce) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- For the Apple Pie Filling:
- 1 (20 ounce) can apple pie filling
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
For the Cones:
Pour some candy melts or white chocolate chips into a medium microwave safe bowl.
Melt chocolate in 30 second intervals, stirring between each one.
Dip the wide top of the cone into the melted candy and then into the sprinkles.
Stick into something that will keep the cones up right to harden.
For the Cheesecake Filling:
Meanwhile blend cream cheese until creamy, add cool whip and confectioners sugar.
Blend until combined.
Fill a piping bag.
For the Apple Pie Filling:
Pour can of filling into a medium bowl; add the brown sugar and cinnamon.
Use a pastry blender to chop the apples and combine ingredients.
To Assemble Cones:
Pipe a small porting of the cheesecake filling into the bottom of each cone.
Add a teaspoon of apple pie filling and another layer of cheesecake.
Add 1 tablespoon of apple pie filling; top with a large swirl of the cheesecake filling.
Add some of the same sprinkles from the cone to the large swirl of cheesecake.
