Ingredients
- 1 to 2 lbs cranberries
- 2 oranges, one peeled
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 TBS grand marnier
Preparation
Step 1
1. Coarsely chop both oranges.
2. Using food process w/ steel blade, process all ingredients until oranges are in small pieces.
3. Adjust to taste w/ additional sugar or grand marnier.
4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
