Chipped Beef Balls

This is one of my Mother's (Jeannette Costigan's) recipes.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese
  • 1 small jar chipped beef
  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • 1 sprig parsley, chopped
  • Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Form into small balls. Roll in grated Parmesan cheese. Serve on cold pretzel sticks.
