Fruit Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 can pie filling
  • 1 c. sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 t. baking soda
  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 1 t. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Put pie filling in bottom of 9 X 13 pan. Add dry ingredients. Beat eggs, mix well. Bake 350* for 40 to 50 minutes.
