Ingredients
- 1TBS1 TBS olive oil
- 11 onion
- 6cups6 cups veggie broth
- 1/21/2 butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cubed (about 2 1/2 cups)
- 11 sweet potato, peeled and diced (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 33 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1can1 can cannellini beans
- 1/4tsp1/4 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
1) Add all ingredients to the slow cooker and secure the lid.
2) Turn it on low and leave for 6 hrs (or 3 hrs on high).
3) Use an immersion blender to make a smoother texture and enjoy!
