A great dish for vegeterian's, if you substite cream of mushroom soup

  • 2 10 oz. pkg's brocolli
  • 2 (5 oz. can's sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 2 can's condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 Tablespoon's dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons butter



Step 1

In a ungreased 2 quart casserole, or a 9" square pan, place the 2 packages of frozen chopped broccoli. Add the 2 cans water chestnuts that have been drained. Cover with the 2 can's condensed cream of chicken soup.

Over the top add the mixture of dry bread crunbs, Parmesan cheese and 2 tablespoons melted butter. Mix these ingredients together and sprinkle over the broccoli mixture,

Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350@.
