A great dish for vegeterian's, if you substite cream of mushroom soup
- 2 10 oz. pkg's brocolli
- 2 (5 oz. can's sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 2 can's condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 Tablespoon's dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tablespoons butter
In a ungreased 2 quart casserole, or a 9" square pan, place the 2 packages of frozen chopped broccoli. Add the 2 cans water chestnuts that have been drained. Cover with the 2 can's condensed cream of chicken soup.
Over the top add the mixture of dry bread crunbs, Parmesan cheese and 2 tablespoons melted butter. Mix these ingredients together and sprinkle over the broccoli mixture,
Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350@.
