Corn, Chick Pea and Dill Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • One package fresh peas, steamed
  • 1 (15 ounce) can of corn kernals, drained
  • 2 sour pickles, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 3 tablespoons light mayonnaise or regular
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Stir all ingredients to combine. Can be made a day ahead of time.
