Cocoa with Marshmallows and Chocolate Chips

Ingredients
- 3 cups instant nonfat dry milk powder
- 2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
- 1 cup powdered nondairy creamer
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Stir together the dry milk powder, confectioners' sugar, cocoa powder and nondairy creamer in a large bowl. Divide among 18 bags (1/3 cup each), and top with marshmallows and mini chips.
Attach these instructions to bag: glend cocoa mix and 3/4 cup boiling water together until chocolate chips begin to melt.
