Homemade Laundry Detergent

Ingredients

• 1 bar Fels Naptha soap
• 2 quarts water
• 2 c. borax
• 2 c. washing soda

Preparation

Step 1

Grate bar soap using a salad shooter into a large pan. Add the 2 quarts of water and heat until dissolved.

Put 4 1/2 gallons of hot water into bucket. Add borax and washing soda. Stir. Add melted soap mixture and stir. Use 1 c. per load of laundry
