Ingredients
- 1 - Grilled Smoked Pork Shoulder
- 1 oz BBQ Sauce sweet & bold
- 2 oz Prepared coleslaw
- Brioche roll buns
Preparation
Step 1
Cut port butt into 1/2 in thick slices
Lightly oil and grill bun under broiler
Place pork on bun
Top with BBQ sauce and coleslaw
