Sauerkraut Salad

  • 1 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. green pepper, diced
  • 1 c. celery, diced
  • 1.2 c. onion, finely chopped
  • 1 large can sauerkraut

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sugar, vinegar and oil in sauce pan. Bring to boil until sugar melts. Pour over drained sauerkraut. Add chopped pepper, celery and onion. Chill.
