Ingredients

  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 2 # frozen hashbrowns
  • 1 c. Monterrey Jack shredded cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. melted butter

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine sour cream, soup and melted butter in a large bowl. Add hash browns, cheese and onions. Stir well. Add salt and pepper. Pour into 9x13 pan. Cover with bread crumbs. Bake for 60 minutes or if assembled the evening before bake for 45 minutes.
