Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sliced onion
- 1 cup Barbecue sauce
- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) Can of tomato sauce
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
- 1 tbsp. Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 3/4 lbs Boneless, skinless chicken tighs
- Kaiser rolls, split

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 8 ingredients in 3 1/2 to 4 quart slow cooker.
Add chicken. Spoon barbecue sauce mixture over chicken to cover. Cook, covered, on low for 7 to 8 hours or on High for 3 1/2 to 4 hours until chicken is tender. Remove chicken to cutting board using tongs. Shred chicken using 2 forks. Add to sauce mixture. Stir.
Serve chicken mixture in rolls. Makes 6 sandwiches.
