Ingredients
- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- 12 eggs
- 1/2 green pepper finely chopped
- 1 onion finely chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 6 ounces shredded hash browns thawed
- 1 12 ounce pkg.pepper jack cheese
- 2 Tbs. vegetable oil
- 12 burritos

Preparation
Step 1
Fry hash browns in vegetable oil till browned remove to dish, fry bulk sausage in same pan as hash browns add onions and green pepper fry till sausage is browned ,add hash browns back to sausage.Warm burritos in microwave between
dampened paper towels.Put about 1/2 cup sausage mixture in a burrito put some cheese on top and roll burrito up.Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze. Reheat in microwave on defrost for 2 minutes.
