Dijon-Grilled Chicken Cutlets

Ingredients

  • 3 T Dijon-style mustard
  • 2 tsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp low-sodium teriyaki sauce
  • 1 glove garlic, finely minced
  • Pinch black pepper
  • 4 (3 oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Preparation

Step 1

Combine mustard, lime juice teriyaki sauce, garlic and pepper. Dip chicken breasts into mixture one at a time, coating both sides.

Grill chicken 4 minutes on each side, until cooked through and juices run clear.
