Ingredients
- 3/4 c. butter, softened
- 1 c. confectioner's sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 T. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugars with mixer. Beat in egg, milk, vanilla and almond extract until well mixed. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt until well mixed. Chill several hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 375°. Roll 1/8 to 1/4" thick. Cut dough into desired shapes. Place cookies 1" apart on cookie sheet and bake until just starting to brown.
