Ingredients
- At night:
- Pour all sourdough started into a glass bowl.
- Add:
- 1 t. Salt
- 1 C. Flour
- 1 + C. Water or Milk or both (depending on how big a batch of pancakes to be made)
- Stir with plastic or wooden spoon. Mixture should not be too stiff. Cover with cloth & place in oven with the light on.
Preparation
Step 1
In the morning:
Remove from oven and pour part of mixture back into glass jar for next time. Refrigerate.
Stir in:
2 t. Baking Soda (it will bubble up)
2 T. Sugar
2 T. Oil
2 Eggs
Stir well with plastic or wooden spoon. Never use metal.
Bake on a hot grill.
