Dippy Bean Dip

This is one of my Mother's (Jeannette Costigan's) recipes.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (10 and 1/2 oz.) black bean soup
  • 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 tsp. chili powder
  • Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Heat. Serve from small chafing dish as dip for potato chips or corn chips. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
