Claudia's Broiled Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches thin asparagus
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • red wine vinegar
  • shaved asiago

Preparation

Step 1

Snap off the ends of the asparagus; discard. Toss with olive oil on a rimmed baking sheet; season with salt and pepper. Broil until slightly charred, 4 to 6 minutes. Transfer to a platter and drizzle with vinegar and olive oil. Top with cheese.
