Italian Salad Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1/4 cup wine vinegar
• 3/4 cup olive oil
• 1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion
• 1 tablespoon finely chopped pimento
• 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
• 1 clove garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Comine salt and pepper in a jar. Add oil, vinegar with onion, pimento parsley and minced garlic clove.

Shake vigorously to blend. Refrigerate several hours.
