Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (16 oz) can stewed tomatoes, chopped
- 1 (14 oz)can beef broth
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 tea. cumin
Preparation
Step 1
Place rice, oil, onion, and garlic in skillet and brown. Add tomatoes, beef broth, salt and pepper, and cumin. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until tender and juice is absorbed.
