Nanny's Swedish Meatballs - Appetizer

Ingredients

• Sauce:
• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1 lb. sausage
• 1 egg
• 1 envelope Good Seasons (Old Fashioned French dressing)
• 1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
• 1 tbsp. parsley
• 2 tbsp. chopped onion
• 1/4 cup dried bread crumbs
• 2 - 8 oz. tomato sauce
• 1 envelope Good Seasons (Old Fashioned French dressing)
• 1 tsp. mustard
• 2 tbsp.vinegar
• 1 tbsp. oil
• 1 tbsp. sugar
• garlic salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first eight ingredients together and roll into small balls

Cook in oven until brown

Remove from oven and continue cooking in sauce

Sauce:
Combine next 7 ingredients and heat until almost boiling. After adding meatballs cook for 1 hour.

Freezes well!
