Ingredients
- 1/4 cup milk
- 24 large marshmallows
- 4 ozs. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 14 oz. canned fruit cocktail, drained
- 1 baked graham cracker crust, reserve 2 tbsp. crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Place milk and marshmallows in large saucepan over low heat. Stir often to hasten melting. Cool. In small bowl beat cream cheese, sour cream, and vanilla until smooth. Stir into cooled marshmallow mixture. Fold in fruit. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Chill. Yield 1 pie
