Mexican Pinwheels

Ingredients

  • 1 package 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 4 oz can chopped green chiles, drained
  • 1 4 oz can chopped black olives
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • garlic to taste
  • seasoning salt to taste ( a couple of shakes, can use taco seasoning)
  • 1 large package soft tortillas

Preparation

Step 1

Whip above ingredients together and spread on tortillas. Roll up tortillas like a jelly roll and wrap in wax paper. Put in paper bag . Leave in fridge for several hours or even several days. Slice and tip in salsa.
