Jalapeno Chile Rounds

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 oz. Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies
  • 1 (10 oz) can flaky biscuits

Preparation

Step 1

Combine eggs, milk, cheese and green chiles in bowl; mix well. Separate each biscuit into 3 layers; press into miniature muffin chops. Fill with chile mixture.

Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
