Beef Drip Sandwich

  • 6 oz Metro Deli™ Angus Roast Beef,
  • thinly sliced
  • 2 oz Roseli® Mozzarella, shredded
  • 1/3 ea Chef’s Line™ French Baguette
  • 4 oz Classic Tureen® Au Jus, hot

Preparation

Step 1

PREPARATION

Cut baguette in half lengthwise. Warm slightly in oven or on griddle.
Evenly distribute the mozzarella across the baguette. Place in oven to melt.

Fill the baguette with the sliced roast beef.

Serve with a side of hot au jus for dipping.
