German Apple Pancake
- 2 tbs butter
- 1 Granny Smith apple peeled and slice 1/4" thickness
- 3/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tbs brown sugar
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3 tbs granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs room temp
- 3/4 cup warm milk
Use cast iron pan.
Cook apple, cinnamon, brown sugar in 2 tbs butter. cook 5 min. remove from pan and wipe pan
Whisk flour, sugar, eggs, and milk together.
Melt 2 tbs butter in pan, add caramelized apples, pour batter on top.
Bake 18-20 minutes in 425 degree oven.
