Chewy Lemon Snowdrop Cookies

Ingredients

3/4 C sugar
1/2 C lemon juice(about 2 lemons)
1/2 C vodka
1 C prosecco

Preparation

Step 1

Combine lemon juice and sugar and mix til dissolves. Make ahead.
Combine lemon syrup and vodka in martini shaker with ice cubes and shake. Strain to pitcher and add sparkling wine. Garnish with lemon slices
