- 1 LB BREAKFAST SAUSAGE CRUMBLED, COOKED & DRAINED
- 1 CHOPPED ONION
- 1 CHOPPED BELL PEPPER
- 1 CHOPPED JALAPENO
- 1 1/2 CUPS CORN
- S&P
- 1 TSP CHILI POWDER
- 1/2 TSP CRUSHED RED PEPPER
- COOKED RICE
- ZEST AND SQUEEZE OF 1 LIME
- SOME WORCESTERSHIRE
- SOME HOT SAUCE
- GREEN ONIONS
- CILANTRO
Preparation
Step 1
CRUMBLE, COOK AND DRAIN THE SAUSAGE. COOK ONIONS, BELL PEPPERS & JALAPENO. ADD SAUSAGE BACK IN, ADD CORN, RICE AND ALL THE REST OF INGREDIENTS AND LET FLAVORS MARRY.
