Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa, cooked
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 4 tbsp honey or agave nectar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
In a large bowl combine quinoa, oats, pecans, coconut, and cinnamon.
In another bowl whisk together coconut oil (melted), honey or agave nectar, and vanilla extract.
Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and stir until evenly distributed. Spread on to a baking sheet lined with parchment or foil and bake for 20-30 minutes (or until golden), stirring once half way through.
