Crockpot Cheesy Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 packages (10 oz. each) frozen broccoli florets, thawed
- 1 can (10.5 oz.) condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 1 1/4 cups (5 oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1 cup crushed potato chips

Preparation
Step 1
Coat inside of slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine broccoli, soup, 1 cup cheese, onion, paprika, hot sauce and celery seed in slow cooker; stir to blend.
Cover; cook on LOW 5 to 6 hours or on HIGH 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
Uncover; sprinkle top with potato chips and remaining 1/4 cup cheese. Cook, uncovered, on HIGH 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
