Easy Ambrosia Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • Other fruit that you can add:
  • 1 (14 oz) can fruit cocktail
  • 1 (20 oz) can pineapple tidbits
  • 2 (6 oz) containers vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 can mandarin oranges

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Chill until served.
*I usually like to make this about 30 minutes before we eat. I feel like the marshmallows tend to get really mushy if I do it much more before then (however- some people like the marshmallows that way).
Serves 8-10.
