Broccoli Corn Bake

Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 16 oz. can creamed corn
- 1 10 oz pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 cup coarse saltine crackers crumbs ( 12 crackers)
- 1 Tablspoon instant minced onion, or 1/4 cup chopped fresh onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 Tablespoon's butter, melted
- dash pepper
- 1/4 cup coarse saltine cracker crumbs (6 crackers)
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Combine, corn, cooked broccoli, 1 egg,the 1/2 cup cracker crumbs,onion,salt the 2 tablespoon butter, dash of pepper.
Place this mixture into a 1 quart greased casserole dish.
Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over vegetable mixture.
Bake uncovered in 350@ oven for 35-40 minutes.
