Ingredients
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup half and half (any percentage of milk will work-the higher the percentage, the creamier it will be)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 5 Tablespoons sugar
- 8 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
- 3 teaspoons poppy seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients, except poppy seeds together in a blender and blend until well combined. Add poppy seeds and gently stir. Chill until ready to serve over salad.
